Why we still support Android 5.0
Nearly every competitor sets Android 7.0 as the minimum because that's when native modern encryption became standard. We took a different path — bundling compatibility libraries into the APK so older Android versions can still authenticate securely.
What it costs us: roughly 5 MB of extra APK size for the compatibility layer.
What you get: access on second-hand phones and older handsets that other gambling apps flat-out reject at install.
Four steps, under three minutes
Step 1 — Grab the APK file

Your browser will likely flash a warning about downloading APKs from outside Play — this warning appears for every APK, everywhere. Confirm you want the file. If you want extra reassurance, verify the source on our official channels page.
Step 2 — Turn on "Install from unknown sources"
By default, Android blocks installs from anywhere except Play Store.
Android 8.0 and above: when you tap the downloaded APK, Android will ask if you want to allow your browser (Chrome, Samsung Internet, whatever you used) to install apps. Tap the settings link, flip "Allow from this source" to on, then return.
Android 5.0 through 7.1: go to Settings → Security → check the box next to "Unknown Sources".
This is a per-app permission on newer Android, so you can leave it on just for your browser without opening up the whole phone.
Step 3 — Run the installer
Tap the APK file from your Downloads folder or the notification tray.
Android displays the list of permissions the app requests — worth a quick review (details below). Tap Install to proceed.
Installation completes in 15 to 40 seconds depending on your device's speed.
Step 4 — Launch and log in

Frequent installation and runtime problems

Verify your Android version (Settings → About phone → Android version). GB44 requires 5.0 or later. If your device runs something older, the mobile site is your best route.
🛠 App crashes on first launch
Clear up some storage space. The live dealer game cache needs at least 120 MB free. When your phone runs low on space, the initial launch often fails while trying to fetch essential asset files.
🛠 Antivirus software flagged the file
Certain Android antivirus tools automatically flag any APK that doesn't come from the Play Store as "potentially unwanted software."
